Aimed at the experienced leader or trainer who wants to take training to the next level, this three-day course will guide the student through development of training objectives to close identified gaps and needs in their team’s skill and knowledge. Focus is also placed on preparing materials to teach, delivery of the training, and classroom management. This course also covers using questions to engage students and to test the comprehension of the materials.
For the trainer that will also be involved in the development of training, and the verification of training effectiveness, during delivery and application, this four-hour class will provide instruction on classroom management, material preparation and delivery, and evaluation of student comprehension.
Aimed at the shop floor operator this course provides a basic overview for training focused on physical motor skills. This class normally takes one hour to teach. Is it for the employee who will show trained operators new or different tasks.
